Accuracy when assembling brakes.
Following workshop procedures on a daily business.
Meeting turn around times and deadlines efficiently and appropriately.
Receiving no warranty claims on rebuilds.
Outstanding team work and communication.

For excelling in the stripping, assembling and inspecting all jobs efficiently and accurately and for always sharing their knowledge within their team to ensure that as a department, they are all able to grow together.
